Man, what a day yesterday was. Woke up in a half decent mood and then it all started unravelling. It's stupid and it happens every fucking day. By itself it's just life right? Ups and downs ... the problem is that when I start feeling down and spiralling out of control, I take others down with me. 
I hate that ...

but life goes.
And as much as I want to have a one man pity party, nobody really gives a shit so whats the point.  My self pity solves nothing and nothing gets done, making matters even worse.

High Contrast

If you have noticed from all the zombie cat drawings I have been sketching lately, I'm getting big in to the high contrast black and white drawings. Big fat black sharpies are my favorite new toy right now and this zombie drawing is more proof of that. I love the deep black and how it makes the white just burst off the page.

I will be making a patreon blog post featuring many more of my black and white drawings soon, and some of them might be available for sale. So if you're not a patron, or one of #theinfected as I like to call them, you might miss them.

Here's a question for you ... who is your tv/movie favorite zombie?

Joyfully Angry

If you could live on, even after death, would you be happy about it? Perhaps. But if you knew you were going to have to eat brains and human flesh for the rest of your unnatural life ... it could get a little upsetting. You might even get angry about it. But then you could take comfort in knowing that you can now destroy your enemies. That might put a smile on your face ... which could quickly turn to anger knowing that now you're stuck in the apocalypse and your enemies are zombies too.

So conflicted ... smile or frown ... what would you do if you were a zombie?

Pikachu ... has gone zombie too

I have not tried the pokemon-GO app yet, nor do I think I ever will, but I hear that people really like it. I was asked to start zombifying the whole set of characters though and I recalled that I did zombify Pikachu once already. Not sure if I will be able to do the others, unless someone commissions it.

I have been on a bit of a skull drawing kick lately and this is a pretty neat little skull I made on an art card. It's listed in my store, and here's a direct link.

Are you a fan of skull art? I've looked at what some people can do and it is simply amazing, I have a lot to learn ... which is awesome.

Petey the Zombie Cat

I'm a big fan of art cards because I like working small, and I'm a big fan of painting cats and a bit of a self proclaimed zombie fanatic, so I make a lot of artcard zombie cats. This one was named Petey by my middle child. There is no reason other than that.
