Doesn't that sound kind of stupid? My friend Eric Weiss who calls himself ZombieRiot on twitter is potentially being sued by Rob Zombie's lawyers because Eric Weiss has a band by the name of ZOMBIE! and sells a few tshirts with this bands logo and name.
