yardsales and the living dead

Today has been a day filled with loading up all the old and unused crap we have lying around the house and carted it off to my moms house to sell at her yard sale tomorrow. One persons junk is another persons treasure, or so they say. I really don't care, I'm just happy to be rid of it. And if it all sells for a buck ... it's a buck i didn't have yesterday.

Because of all that I didn't get a chance to draw much today, so I'm throwing up something I did a while back. It's originally color but looks pretty cool in black and white. I was giving it to Martin Brandt for the upcoming release of his zombie anthology (which I have a 10 page story in) called DEAD FUTURE. If you're at all interested in getting it, or helping to make it happen, you should check out his fundraising campaign at http://www.indiegogo.com/The-Dead-Future-Continues - check it out.

The Game

The above image wasn't created by me, it was done by Paul Peyto, an amazing artist in his own right. The above image is the cover page to the 10 page zombie anthology story line called Dead Future, published by Grim Crew and now available for 99 cents from Drive Thru Comics.

It was a lot of fun to do, more work than I ever thought it would be, and I learned a tonne. If you have a chance, check it out, buy it, read it, tell your friends, write a review, hire me to illustrate for you. :D

deadfuture preview page

This is a preview page from the upcoming DEAD FUTURE project I have been working on. It is being released by the folks at Grim Crew. It should be coming out by October. I will keep everyone updated. Yes, everyone.

panel reject

This is one of the panels from the Dead Future project from GrimCrew that I am working on that has been rejected by that bastard inside my head that always says my work isn't good enough. I wish he would just shut up and leave me alone. Maybe I'll have to drown him in Wisers Whiskey tonight.
