After much wait the Canadian government has finally put a date on when marijuana will be made legal across Canada. Oct. 17, which just happens to be a few days before a certain persons birthday.
It seems that the population as a whole thought July 1st would be the day, but that's just herd mentality. It was never said, just assumed, and the rumor spread to become nearly a hard fact. Ha ... humanity is hilarious.
Anywho ... this image was drawn in appreciation that the government is finally getting it's head out of it's ass regarding marijuana. The text was added in for fun because what does a stoner zombie say?? We really have only guesses at this point.
